Odessa, the founder of Sweat Off Fitness and Recovery, is a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with years of hands-on experience in fitness, health, and wellness. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she began her journey as a group fitness instructor, working in various gym spaces before expanding into personal training and nutrition coaching.

Passionate about bridging the gap between fitness and recovery, Odessa created Sweat Off to provide a holistic approach to movement, strength, and rehabilitation. Her mission is to empower people of all fitness levels by offering high-energy workouts, hands-on recovery services, and educational opportunities to help individuals train smarter, recover faster, and build lasting strength.
